What is a Public Adjuster?

A Public Adjuster is an accredited professional, licensed by the State of Florida to represent home and business owners with their insurance companies.

Besides attorneys, a Public Adjuster with a license, is the only type of claim adjuster that can legally represent the rights of homeowners or business owners during an insurance claim process.

We, as your Public Adjusters will handle your claim from start to end, not only representing you but also, advising you while we evaluate and negotiate your loss with the insurance company.

Our job as your Public Adjuster involves the evaluation of your insurance policy to determine what kind of coverage you have. After investigating in detail, we will justify and explain to your property, personal contents and/or any additional expenses caused by the loss, that may be covered by your insurance.

We will also prepare in behalf of our client, any requested documents by the insurance to suport the claim.
